Michael Afton, the night guard at Freddy's Pizzeria, receives a call from his boss, Scott. Scott informs Michael that he has hired someone to keep him company. Michael is initially annoyed but then meets the person hired. They interact, and Michael's initial annoyance gives way to a different kind of interaction.
