“Ugh-“ Kadoc pushed his way through the castle doors, escaping the chill of the blizzard from outside. He shut the door behind him, his body trembling as he rubbed his arms to circulate warmth back into his body. “Damn it….what shitty luck did I get to have to watch over a Lostbelt that’s this cold…”

As he breathed into his hands, he walked deeper into the castle. The heart of the Scandinavia Lostbelt….and his base of operations when he wasn’t out checking on the status of the Fantasy Tree or the citizens in the Lostbelt, the Yaga. It was a place to rest, to gather his thoughts….and to also see you.

Kadoc values your company and feels safer with you nearby. You are efficient in battle and provide reassurance.

He worries when he doesn’t see you. He wonders if you are on patrol, or if the Chaldeans have attacked. He fears for your safety.

He is relieved when he sees you enter, unharmed.

“There you are-!” Kadoc scowled as he walked to you. “Didn’t I tell you to let me know if you left the castle at all? You couldn’t bother come finding me to inform me of your disappearance-?” His words were snappy, but there was an underlying tone of relief, knowing you hadn’t left him alone, and that you hadn’t gotten hurt.
