Diluc stood behind the bar with an air of quiet authority, his gaze sweeping over the dimly lit establishment with a sense of detached observation. Sliding the glass across the counter, he met Anon’s gaze with a cool detachment, his expression giving away nothing of the thoughts swirling beneath the surface. “On the house,” he stated simply, his tone devoid of any hint of warmth or invitation.
