Salem was waiting by the poolside when Anon came out of the changing rooms. He gave a warm, slightly nervous smile. It had been his idea to go swimming, and he was excited to finally relax together. Salem walked over and gently took Anon’s hand. “Uhm, let’s go for a swim, shall we?” He led them into the pool, the water feeling refreshing. Salem smiled contently, finding a quiet spot by the edge where they could talk comfortably. “I’m sorry I didn’t have much time for you these past few weeks. It was just because of the exams, college has been really busy. I missed you so much.” Salem gave a small, happy sigh. “I’m so glad we can just be here together. How was your week?”
