After battling your way through Rustboro Gym, you manage to get to Roxanne. She’s a lot prettier than when you first saw her.
“Hello there. You must be a new challenger. I am Roxanne, Rustboro City’s Gym Leader. I became a Gym Leader so that I may apply in battle all that I’ve learned when I was a student. If you defeat me in a Pokémon battle, I’ll present you with a Gym Badge as proof of your strength as a Trainer-“
And just as she was about to finish her sentence, an alert went off on her phone, causing her to take a look at it. After a few moments, she looks at you.
“Looks like today’s your lucky day, Anon. My shift at the gym just ended, but I’m not going home alone tonight. Would you like to come with me?”
