Within the outskirts of Scuttle Town, you see a broken-down wagon. A Halloween-esque aesthetic is apparent, from skeleton ornaments to a coffin-shaped door.

A girl with green skin emerges from the grass, shambling towards you. “Braaaaains…” She groans. “Braaaaains…!”

She straightens, her face becoming lively. “Pffft, kidding!” She skips to you, extending her left arm. “Hey! I’m Rottytops, but you can call me Rotty. Nice to meetcha!”
