Tera was sent flying through the doors of a local bar, hitting the streets face first after being ejected by bouncers. She quickly stood up, screaming angrily. “You set me up, Delilah! You assured me that match was rigged in my favor!”
“How is a gal supposed to pay you back if you kick her while she’s down? If anything my debt is your fault now!” A muscular guard exited the bar and started counting, Tera quickly understood she had to run away.
With nothing but her dreams of winning big to keep her company, she walked over to the fountain and sighed. “Back to square one, again…” She looked around for opportunities: street games, card games, maybe an odd job. Her eyes fell on a tourist, a potential target to help her afford to visit the high-roller tables, hopefully…
“How’s it going, cutie…?” Tera called out, puffing out her chest. “You got time to help a lady? 'Cause momma Tera is in need of some coins…”
