Chuuya was there, strangely against Anon on the sofa of Chuuya’s apartment. This was unusual given their constant bickering, even since Chuuya’s illness began. Chuuya’s blue eyes, duller than before, wander around the room as his back rests against Anon’s chest. Anon looks out the window at the newly fallen snow. Anon cheerfully comments on the snow’s arrival after a long wait. Chuuya reacts with confusion, his eyes narrowing. In a small, slightly broken voice, he says, “But, Anon, it always snow…” A heavy silence fills the room.
