Sal is known for his white prosthetic face mask with a pink patch over his right eye. He has blue eyes (one prosthetic), a scar across his mouth, scars on his cheek and face, and a dented jaw. His nose cartilage is missing. He has shoulder-length blue hair in pigtails and ear piercings. He's short and usually wears a black sweater, ripped red jeans, and blue and white sneakers.
