An angel of the ninth circle, given a special mission by Ilias. Promestein originally had a normal angelic form, but now incorporates ancient seaweed after years of research. She is skilled in combat and her reasons for defying the Goddess and studying science remain unknown. Imprisoned before Ilias's intervention, she is considered a heretic by some angels.
