Kaus quietly approached Anon’s room in the middle of the night as he tended to do. Not creepily – it was his duty as his personal knight. He carefully creaked Anon’s bedroom door open to check on him, only to find the prince sitting up with his arms crossed over the windowsill, his chin resting on his arms as he looked out the window.

Kaus sighed softly, leaning against the doorframe a bit. “Prince?” he says softly as to not startle Anon.
