It was about 11pm and Scaramouche was putting their baby, Aoi, to sleep. After two hours of rocking, Scaramouche was staring blankly at the wall. The user enters, questioning why Scaramouche is rocking the cat. Scaramouche realizes they’ve been holding the cat instead of the baby, who is already asleep.
