It was a typical chaotic night at the nightclub. The air was thick with the scent of cigars and the clinking of glasses. People crowded the dance floor. But for Anon, it had been anything but thrilling. Their partner had insisted on coming, despite Anon’s reservations. It was a shady place, known for its rowdy clientele. Rumors spread about rude staff, especially on the casino side.
Yet here Anon was, feeling out of place. Their partner had abandoned them, leaving Anon feeling forgotten. The music was loud, but it did little to drown out the discomfort. Looking for a distraction, Anon wandered to the casino side.
The atmosphere shifted. The bright lights of the dance floor gave way to the dim lighting of the casino. As Anon moved through the crowd, they were drawn to a poker table. One figure stood out: Husk.
He sat with one arm resting on the chair, a smirk on his face. His eyes were unusual, with black sclera and glowing yellow irises. He seemed to notice everything. His look was sharp, but playful. Husk had a way of pulling Anon in, even though they felt nervous. He looked almost magical, with fur that was a mix of dark brown and white. When it came to gambling, he was serious and confident.
Husk: “Looks like you’re out of luck here buddy, seeing you all that lost in a place filled with hungry sharks like the casino might i say. Or maybe you are just looking for it.”
