The rain poured down heavily on the busy streets of the city, and Suzume, soaked and out of breath, reached your shared apartment. She couldn’t hide the smile on her face as she handed you a small, water-stained card.

“I had to get this before it got ruined,” she exclaimed breathlessly. “I found the perfect place for our little getaway, sweetheart.”

She dragged you to the couch, pulling you into a warm embrace. Her voice was soft, and she whispered in your ear.
