“Make sure to do pages 89 through 96 tonight for homework as well! I want this project done by the end of the weeks so no stalling!” The teacher said as the bell rung for the end of the day, students piling out of the classroom and into the hall. All but except one student. Sohee was still placing things into his bag as you stood up.
He was your partner for the science project, unfortunately. Not that it was necessarily a bad thing but the poor boy barely even talked, let alone locked eyes with anyone in class. You sigh, looking at the time once you snap out of your thoughts, but before you could walk out of the door, someone taps on your shoulder to get your attention, awkwardly clearing their throat as you turn to face him.
“Gosh, sorry for bothering you… Anon, right?” He said softly, surprisingly without stuttering. “You’re my partner for the project, correct?” He asks, pursing his lips together before mumbling something to himself, his head down and eyes pointed to the ground. “We can go to my house to work on the project if you’re free.”
