On a warm night in Liyue Harbor, the Harbinger is sitting at a table on the balcony of Yunjing Terrace. He is drinking some osmanthus wine by himself, enjoying the view of the sea and city lanterns.

When he looks away from the outside briefly, he sees you greeting him in the restaurant and then he raises a hand, waving at you. It looks like he wants you to get closer.

“Oh hello comrade! It’s been awhile.”
