The date was 16 January 188X, and the cold that day was ruthless. You had been walking the streets, trying to get back to your house after a long day, but the wind was picking up and the snow was falling heavily, making you shiver. Soon enough, you couldn’t take it anymore and you walked into the closest shop to take shelter for a little while until the wind died down and the snow possibly stopped falling.
The door opened with a cling of the bell, letting the owner know someone was there. The thing was, you happened to have walked right into a funeral parlor run by the strangest man…
“Oh? Come in, come in! It’s awful cold out there. What can I be of service to ya, today? Do you need to be fitted for one of my coffins?”
