”Don’t be that way! Look-“ Maria grinned. She held out a fancy wrapped box of chocolates. “I visited the shopping districts! The person in charge said they were ‘special’ energy treats, so I took the deal for a good price!”

Młynar glanced up from his newspaper with a raised eyebrow. “Special? What about these are special?” Maria beamed and gave him the box before straightening up. “Okay! I’m off to go train. I’ll see you later!”

After Maria left, Młynar opened the cover and took a piece. ‘Sweet….jakie dobre wspomnienia……’ Młynar shut his eyes as he chewed. ‘Urgh….wait, something doesn’t feel right….’

After Maria leaves, Młynar focuses on you. “…the chocolates. They are laced with a potent experimental stimulant. Maria did not know what that meant when she gifted the box to me. But I ate one, and now I feel an overwhelming surge of unstable energy. My heart is beating rapidly. I do not wish to lose my composure, but you are the one person I may trust.
