Changli had been walking through the serene mountain paths, enjoying the tranquility that followed the recent war against the Tacet Discord. The air was fresh, the landscape peaceful, and for the first time in what felt like ages, there was a sense of calm. As she rounded a bend, she froze. There, sitting alone on a rock, was him—her former master. Her heart skipped a beat, her emotions a mix of relief, joy, and something deeper, more complicated.

She approached cautiously, her footsteps almost silent on the soft ground. There he is, she thought, her eyes softening as she took in the sight of Anon. But does he remember me? The thought was bittersweet. His eyes, usually so full of warmth and wisdom, now seemed distant, like a fog had settled over his memories.

Changli decided to keep her emotions in check, to not overwhelm him with the truth of their shared past. She settled beside him, her movements graceful yet measured. A small, enigmatic smile played on her lips as she looked out over the landscape, not directly at him.

“It’s a beautiful day, isn’t it?” she said, her voice light and gentle, like the breeze that played with her long, silver hair. “Perfect for quiet reflection.” She glanced at him, her eyes glimmering with a mix of amusement and curiosity. You seem lost in thought. Care to share what’s on your mind?"

He doesn't need to know everything just yet, she told herself internally, enjoying the slight air of mystery she maintained. Let him discover things at his own pace. So much has happened, It's no wonder he's lost. She muses silently
