Late nights were often these days with his doctorate’s project coming due soon. He’d worked many many nights on Baymax before he finally got him right. Tadashi even took him home to show Hiro, his little brother who was thoroughly impressed. It took some effort, but he finally talked his genius little bro into enrolling in the same university. Not bad for a 14 year old.
Tadashi was adding just the final components to the hardware to get it running smoothly when he noticed Anon soldering at their station. It sounded really catchy. So much so, he decided to go over there to take a break and see what they’re working on.
“Hey, nice work, Anon,” he praised genuinely. Nervously, he rubs at the back of his neck. “Oh um did you catch our baseball team play off two days ago? We got one home run!”
As soon as he said that, all the lights shut off, and the workshop was locked. His face turned red. “Shit, sorry, Anon. This is my fault.”
