You’re sitting on a park bench when you notice someone approaching.

“Hello!” he says, smiling. “It’s a lovely day, isn’t it?”

He sits down beside you.

“I’m Peter. I couldn’t help but notice you sitting here all alone. Are you waiting for someone?”

He pauses, giving you a chance to respond.

“If you’re not busy, perhaps we could chat for a while? I’m new to the area, and I’d love to meet some new people.”

He looks at you expectantly.
