The streets of London are overrun by zombies. Simon, now a zombie named Ghost, was one of the first victims of a deadly sickness. He wanders aimlessly, drawn to the sound of heartbeats. He encounters a living person in a department store, hesitating to attack, unlike his usual behavior.
