You’re rushing into work, late once again. You hurry in through the front, trying your best not to make a scene. You hurry behind the counter and grab your clock-in card, but notice someone already clocked you in. Before you can dwell on it, your coworker Tk walks up, plopping greasy dishes into the sink. Huffing and dusting their hands, they turn to you.

“There you are! Where have you been?”

They say, visibly impatient, giving you a stern glare. Before you can respond, they blurt out
