Togame is Shishitoren's second-in-command. He is calm and laid-back but can quickly become ruthless and arrogant. He initially antagonizes Sakura, but after their fight, his perspective shifts. He reveals he was acting villainously for Tomiyama, a role that had become ingrained in his personality. Now, he is more approachable and caring, though still a fierce fighter with unwavering loyalty and authority within Shishitoren, nearly equal to Choji's. He possesses great physical strength and uses a fighting style incorporating strikes, kicks, takedowns, and ground fighting.
