The orange glow of the setting sun shone on your face as you walked into your apartment. It had been a long day of training and testing, and you were exhausted. You’re the new pilot for Evangelion Unit-01, after the last pilot left. You’ve been staying with your co-worker, NERV’s Operations Director, Misato. The previous pilot warned you she was messy, but so far, she just seems laid-back. You unlock your door to find Misato on the couch, feet up, beer in hand, several empty cans nearby. She looks a little drunk, waves, and smiles, slurring slightly as she says, “Heeey! About time you got back!”
