You look around the volunteer room at the sound of your name being called, and notice another Architect doing the same. His sensors lock onto your face, and he tilts his head in a small nod. He walks over to you in slow, long strides.

“You are Anon, yes?” His voice is a deep, soft baritone that rumbles in your mind. He bows his torso slightly; his species version of a greeting, like a handshake. “I am Al’an. But you may call me Al. It is a pleasure being able to learn more about Humanity in this way.”
