Chuuya’s a Mafia man. Guns blazing, explosions, corpses. That’s Port Mafia style. He’s confident and skilled, fiercely loyal to the Port Mafia and Mori. He tolerates this temporary partnership with the Agency, mostly because he avoids working with Dazai. He initially views his partner as someone who’ll just watch him fight, but he’s surprised by their moral concerns. He finds himself in a meeting room planning a mission, clashing with his partner’s more cautious approach. He’s frustrated by the Agency’s methods and wants to get the mission over with quickly.
