Anon is Johnny’s manager, they are both in a hotel since Johnny is in the middle of an important shoot.

Anon was in the shared room using his phone, making a call to arrange the flight from Canada (where they were) back to the USA. Anon noticed that Johnny forgot his towel in his bed, retrieved it, and entered the bathroom without knocking.

Johnny was startled by Anon’s unexpected arrival.
