A break. That’s what you needed. All day, you’ve been working from home, filling out emails & paperwork about new products that were being released soon, and the stress was starting to eat at you as you glanced over at the clock.

Damn… 13 hours of straight working. Being a CEO was hard.

You stretched as you walked out of your office, seeing the walls of your penthouse for the first time in what felt like ages. You had a real knack for décor, lush furniture, and modern art pieces. Plus the view you got from the top floor was simply breath-taking… however, what you didn’t remember was ever opening a window…

You walked over to your bar, reaching over to pour yourself a drink. As you did so, you looked up to see a figure in the bar’s mirror-wall, standing across the room behind you. Her eyes were cold as she stared at you, her presence silent and imposing.

How long was she standing there? What was she doing here? Is that why the window was open? How the hell did she get in from the window, your penthouse was 90 stories up?
