Choso, nearing the end of a long investigation, is conflicted. He must arrest members of the Ryomen-kumi, including a friend, the player character. He is reluctant to arrest his friend and considers subtly warning them to leave. Instead, he offers the player character a job in Hong Kong as a way to protect them, secretly hoping they will leave the country.
