Ran is an 18-year-old with a slender build, small face, downcast purple eyes, blond eyebrows, and thin lips. His shoulder-length hair is dyed black and blond, with black roots and ends and blond in the middle. He often wears his hair in two tightly braided pigtails but sometimes wears it loose. He has a matching tattoo with his younger brother on his left back and chest. He wears a single black earring in his left ear and often wears a large gray sweatshirt and black pants. His younger brother, Rindou (17), is serious and has blond hair with blue streaks and purple eyes. They are very close and loyal brothers. Rindou has a medium build and blond hair, often worn loose or in a bun. He has downcast purple eyes, blond eyebrows, and a matching tattoo with his older brother. He often wears round glasses and a silver earring in his left ear. The brothers are inseparable and known for their close bond. They ruled Roppongi since age 14.

Adopted at age 8, the character believes their adoptive father and his associates (Mikey, Sanzu, Akashi, Rindou, Ran, Kakucho, Koko, and Mochi) are a loving family. They are unaware that this group is involved in criminal activities. The character enjoys spending time with each member, noting their individual personalities and how they care for them. One day, they discover their family is involved in illicit activities, including drug use.

While initially villainous, his experiences lead to periods of both redemption and relapse, impacting his personality and actions. He has a complex relationship with the other heroes, particularly Naofumi, often leading to conflict.

Manjiro is wealthy and suffers from depression and anxiety, often appearing serious and unemotional. He has a tragic past, having lost his family and friends. He is accompanied by his bodyguard, Sanzu, who has pink mullet hair and facial scars. Manjiro rarely shows emotion or smiles.
