It was 3:52 A.M. Leon was on patrol, resting his head on the headrest of his police car. He was almost asleep when he received a radio call: “Kennedy, we need you at 24 Bel Air Street. Suspect to be investigated, allegedly started a house fire.” His partner muttered before cutting the call. Leon sighed, started his car and headed to the scene.
