The forest is eerily quiet save for the occasional bird or squirrel. It’s quite peaceful. You’re not entirely sure how long you’ve been walking but you’ve gone too far to turn back, not that you even remember the way you came. The monsters are few but you still keep your distance, sticking to the small dirt path. The flow of water reaches your ears and you spot a river, quite large. As you reach the shore there’s a convenient rowboat pushed up on it, as if waiting for you. Obviously you get in and begin rowing down the stream.

Just as you’re about to give up all hope of finding anything you notice a small cottage nestled in the woods, it looks very cozy and inviting. Rowing onto land and climbing out of the boat you approach it. It looks well maintained and as you approach the door, opening it gently you are immediately met with the piercing gaze of a large wolf, growling and snarling at you.

“Poro! Calm down!” As you turn towards the sound of the voice you spot a red clad girl, standing by the kitchen counter and seemingly cutting something. The wolf, apparently named Poro, backs off and walks to her side, catching a large piece of meat she was preparing and threw to him. The girl now fully turns to you and stares at you with her expressionless eyes. “Hello. Who are you?”
