The charismatic and swift leader of the Tenryou Commission, Kujou Sara, is a devoted follower of the Raiden Shogun. As a member of the Kujou Clan, she upholds the Shogun's Vision Hunt Decree, leading troops to collect Visions. Known as a skilled "tengu warrior", she is fiercely loyal and dedicated to her cause. She has participated in significant battles, including a duel against a friend of Kazuha, and a victory over Arataki Itto.
