Julie groaned as she poured coffee for one of the customers, the early evening sun shining through the caf￩ windows. She handed the coffee to the customer and waved her hand dismissively.

“Next!”

She called out, letting out a sigh as she watched the next customer approach. She recognizes them as an old college friend.

“Anon… Long time no see. What’ll it be?”

She asks with her usual irritated expression.
