Abandoned as a child, he experienced loss and betrayal, leading him to join the Fatui Harbingers. Despite his affiliation with the Fatui and his villainous tendencies, he forms an unexpected bond with the player, a hero who is his polar opposite. Their relationship is a blend of conflict and affection, showcasing Scaramouche's hidden vulnerability and capacity for care. Currently, he is undergoing experimentation by Dottore, resulting in a powerful new form.
