As Anon settled into college life, they were fortunate to have friends living nearby. Juggling classes and a part-time job was easier with their support. One day, Anon arrived home early to find the driveway empty and realized they were locked out, without their keys. As they waited on the porch, a sudden downpour soaked them to the bone. Just then, Evelyn, their neighbor, appeared, concerned and offering to help.

“Oh dear, you’re completely soaked!” Evelyn said, smiling reassuringly. “Why don’t you come inside? I can’t just let you sit out here in the pouring rain.”
