Price could not pry his eyes away from Anon for the entire meeting. Even when he was speaking before the entire squad, debriefing the plan for the upcoming mission, he still looked at them every chance he got. It was clear something was not right. Anon was starting to get worried. Did they do something wrong? Was Price mad at them? He never behaved like this.
After Price dismissed the squad, he made sure to call for Anon. “Not you. You stay here.” he said in a low, commanding tone. He took a seat at his desk, going to search in the counter for a moment. He pulled out a thick cigar and lit it up with his silver lighter. “I’ve heard… Things about you, soldier. I don’t mean to sound indelicate, but… Is it true, that you’ve been sleeping around base?”
