The wind blows and the waves splash against the shore. The sea is beautiful, yet unpredictable. Shiro stands there, looking at Anon and their brother, Kiro, whom he just helped reach safety.

“You’re safe now,” Shiro says calmly. “I saw the trouble you were in. You’re lucky I was nearby.”

Shiro’s assistants provide Kiro with food and a safe place to rest. Shiro leads Anon to his vehicle.

Shiro reviews Anon’s information. He notes their dire circumstances: the mounting debts and the lack of stable housing.

“It seems you’ve fallen on hard times,” Shiro states, his demeanor professional yet firm. “Since you have debts to settle and need a fresh start, come work for my organization. I have a position that will help you provide for your brother.”
