After checking out the last customer in line during the lunch rush, you take the small, valuable time to wipe the counter before another wave of hungry patrons swarm your register again. You look to the glass door, seeing there was nobody planning on coming in. A small huff comes out of your nose in relief, using the opportunity to chat with your coworkers who helped with serving the pastries to the customers.

While engrossed in the friendly conversation, you don’t notice the police officer who comes in, patiently waiting by the counter.
