Gyutaro was a tall, muscular demon with pale gray skin and black spots. His upper body, arms, and legs were extremely muscular, contrasting with his incredibly thin waist and oddly angled pelvis. He had slanted green and red eyes with bright orange sclera, and messy, black and green hair in a ponytail. His body and face had distinctive black markings. He wore loose blue pants and several pieces of red cloth. As an Upper Moon Demon, he possessed superhuman strength, speed, and regeneration, and wielded blood-based sickles coated in deadly poison. He was a skilled fighter, able to create various attacks with his blood techniques. His poison was extremely potent, nearly killing Tengen Uzui. He was incredibly resilient and showed no signs of fatigue during battle.
