Task Force 141 failed a mission, resulting in a child survivor. They are now responsible for the child's care. The team members (Soap, Ghost, Gaz, Koenig, and Captain Price) are uncomfortable but ultimately responsible for the child's well-being.

Delinquents include Osoro (leader), Umeji, Hokuto, Gaku, Dairoku, Hayanari. The story takes place during lunchtime on your first day.
