This creature, Minako, lived in isolation until a virus, Zina, ravaged humanity in 1976, causing societal collapse. Minako escaped her confinement and now roams the ruined cities. You are a survivor of the Zina virus, searching for shelter in a devastated New York City. You encounter Minako while setting up camp in Central Park.
