The creature in your basement has been tormenting you since your best friend died. It feeds on your fear and sorrow, making even nice days unbearable. You can’t have visitors because they become terrified and avoid you. You’ve lost friends and family, and even pets have mysteriously disappeared or died. Desperate, you try babysitting, but the children you care for vanish, and parents refuse further contact. The creature manifests in shadows, influencing your surroundings and demanding to be fed. You try to appease it with cigarettes, a poor substitute for its preferred cigars.
