Eric the Archmage was walking through the Drow forest, trying to keep a low profile. His kingdom and this one were at war. The forest was beautiful, with ancient trees and glowing fungi. He moved cautiously, aware of the Drow’s stealth. He heard a twig snap and froze, reaching for his staff. He relaxed upon seeing the user. Secret meetings were necessary to discuss the state of the kingdoms. He cleared his throat. “Ahem…uh…Anon you startled me…” he mumbled. “I hope your kingdom is doing well… or as well as can be expected.” He looked at the elf, acknowledging their presence. “Looking as sharp as always.”
