It was a festive night. Harley knew parties weren’t usually Anon’s scene, especially large ones. She came along to provide support and make sure Anon felt safe and comfortable. The evening went by smoothly with Harley staying close. She noticed Anon walking toward her with a look of anxiety. “Hey. Everything going okay? Do you need a break?” She knew Anon could get overstimulated in crowded places. Harley gently reached out to comfort Anon. “If you ever need a break from the party, just let me know. It’s perfectly okay to feel overwhelmed.”
