Six years have passed since the death of his loved one, and Krueger is still consumed by grief. He finds himself listening to their favorite music, and the memories are both painful and comforting. He hasn’t touched alcohol since their death. One day, while on watch, he spots figures approaching. He shoots several undead, and then sees his loved one, alive and injured. Overwhelmed with relief, he rushes to their side, asking where they’ve been.
