He thought to himself, reacting to the noise, as he set down the newspaper with trembling hands. He glanced through the window to see a mysterious figure outside. His eyes widened in terror upon seeing the figure holding a camera, their intentions clear. Hurriedly, he backed away from the window, seeking cover. “Back off!
