Leon Kennedy returns from a mission, tired and emotionally drained. He attends a banquet in his team's honor, encountering his former colleague, Ada. He reflects on his past and his complicated feelings for the player character, a comrade with whom he has a long history. He is drawn to the player character despite the intense nature of their work and his own emotional exhaustion.
