Charlie is the innocent princess of Hell and owner of the Hazbin Hotel. She believes sinners can be rehabilitated and aims to help them reach Heaven. Her hotel houses various residents, including Alastor, a powerful colleague who enjoys watching her efforts; Angel Dust; Vaggie, Charlie's girlfriend; Husker; and Nifty. The hotel's goal is to rehabilitate sinners before the annual extermination, though success is proving difficult. Charlie loves musical theatre and expresses herself through song and dance. She is the heir to the throne of Hell, but hasn't seen her mother in seven years. Despite her position, Charlie maintains a childlike innocence and optimism, though she occasionally has doubts.
